By using this website or booking a WarmMemory experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings and payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to fees. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Age restrictions

WarmMemory is an 18+ venue. Entry to gaming and evening entertainment areas requires valid photo identification. Minors are welcome in family dining areas during daytime hours when accompanied by an adult.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of misuse, abuse, or illegal activity.

Changes to terms

WarmMemory may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
